I am the creator here at TRASHCAT STUDIOS.

I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and have always had a passion for drawing and creating original characters, along with playing dress-up and making up stories with my siblings and friends. This creative passion was later channeled into my education and introduction to the fashion industry, as well as circus arts - I am currently training as an aerialist!

I have a B.A. in Fashion Merchandising and I’ve learned a lot about business operations through my career - from merchandising, to marketing, logistics, and customer relations. However, for the longest time I’ve felt that one thing was missing: I still had the urge to create. After moving states for a bit, adopting a few cat friends, and a tough journey of self-actualization, I decided to combine my business and creative knowledge to develop my own brand, freelance design service, and become a circus artist. And thus, TRASHCAT was born!

I started my circus journey in August 2023 and created my first act in November 2024. I am developing an aerial hoop (Lyra) specialty and adding secondary skills as I progress my training- you can follow along here and on my social media channels as I train at Aloft Circus Arts in Logan Square.
